The TLE Center for Urban Entrepreneurship (TLECFUE) is a Massachusetts-based nonprofit that provides under-resourced beauty entrepreneurs with the ecosystem of resources they need to grow a thriving 1-3 person microbusiness. We also offer aspiring beauty professionals intensive beauty career pathway training, job placement opportunities, and other key ancillary services they need to start a career in beauty.

We work with under-resourced beauty businesses across Massachusetts who are working solo or with a few employees that need access to critical resources to grow; as well as aspiring beauty professionals from vulnerable populations ( i.e. justice-involved,  LGBTQ+, Veterans)  with beauty career pathway training, job placement opportunities, and other key ancillary services they need to start a career in beauty.

We offer business confidence and skill development training, career pathway training, technical assistance consulting, and access to the critical resources our beauty professionals and entrepreneurs will need to successfully grow their career/businesses.
