Amanda Stevens Snell, CCIM is President of The Stevens Group, joining the firm in 2013. Amanda specializes in exclusively representing corporate clients in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Working with companies of all sizes, Amanda focuses on providing advisory services in the Downtown Boston and Suburban markets. Amanda was awarded the CCIM designation in 2018 from the CCIM Institute, upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying experience. The curriculum addresses financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis, the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. In addition, Amanda has completed studies at Boston University including courses in Commercial Lease Analysis and Fundamentals of Investment Analysis. Amanda is on the board of the New England CCIM Chapter, volunteering her time for events and programming.

Debra Lee Stevens, is a Principal of The Stevens Group, a WBENC firm, and has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 38 years, representing tenants in both the private and public sectors. Ms. Stevens’ expertise in Office, R&D, and Industrial properties in the greater Boston and Suburban markets has enabled her to complete transactions averaging $30 million per year consistently. Past client transactions have included among others: TraceLink, Aras Corporation, LeMaitre Vascular, Toole Design, FoSun Pharma, Labthink, Spectra Medical, Seurat, CTS, The Record Company, Boston Landmarks Orchestra and MAPC among others.

Ms. Stevens was past President of the New England Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CCIM Regional VP as well as serving on many of the National Boards for the Institute. She is also an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
